Job profile - Service Clerk

Task:

  • Business trip logistic coordination 
    • hotel/flights/rental car/covid test reservation
    • Visa/ abroad travels requirement 
  • Safety documents 
    • Collection of information for DUVRI/MS and safety issues required from customer  (coordination between safety consultant, service department, customer)
    • Documents storage
  • Relation with customer for entrance rules and  logistic
  • Relation with subcontractors (italian and foreig)
  • Communicating with internal and external technicians (italian and foreign)

Skills:

  • Office
  • Outlook 
  • Excel knowledge
  • Fluent english written and spoke (+ 1 european language )
  • Team work 
  • Autonomy and proactive
  •  Coordination skills 
  • Communicative and relational skills, to be effective in communication with costumers (italian and foreign)
